ROME
Although the city in Europe is "touristy", my first visit completely exceeded my expectations.
OVERALL IMPRESSION
It's quite surprising that I visited Rome, one of the most visited European cities, relatively recently. At that time, I perceived it as one of those European cities that are always talked about, yet it didn't rank among the places I would have dreamt of visiting.
However, Rome surprised me, captivated me, and sparked an interest in historical art, which is somewhat outside my usual preferences. I found myself standing in front of sculptures for a few minutes, examining their details, and I enjoyed it.
