The operator of the e-shop Darina Doubková on the website www.littleoaksvibes.com, registration number (IČO) 76114678, with registered office at Zlochova 2230/1b, 143 00 Prague 4 - Modřany processes personal data provided by Buyers for the purpose of providing offered services, processing electronic orders, carrying out deliveries, settling payments and necessary communication between contracting parties for the time required by special legal regulations.
Basic provisions
The controller of personal data under Section 5 letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), is Darina Doubková, registration number (IČO) 76114678, with registered office at Zlochova 2230/1b, 143 00 Prague 4 - Modřany (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller");

Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.
Sources of processed personal data
The Controller processes personal data provided by the customer with their consent, and which the Controller obtained based on the performance of the Purchase Agreement or negotiations related to it, and based on the processing of electronic orders on the website www.littleoaksvibes.com;
The Controller processes only the identification and contact details of the customer necessary for the performance of the Purchase Agreement;
The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, settlement of payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the time required by special legal regulations. Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to other countries.
Purpose of processing personal data
The Controller processes the personal data of the buyer for the following reasons:
To process the electronic order of the buyer (name, address, email, phone number);
To fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller;
Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the performance of the purchase agreement. Without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded.
Retention of personal data
The Controller shall retain personal data for the period necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller, and for a period of 3 years after the termination of the contractual relationship;
Upon expiration of the retention period, the Controller shall be obliged to erase the data.
Recipients and processors of personal data
The third party that receives the buyer's personal data are the Controller's subcontractors. The services of these subcontractors are necessarily related to the successful fulfillment of the purchase agreement and the electronic order between the Controller and the buyer.
The subcontractors of the Controller are:
- Webnode AG (e-shop system);
- Google Analytics (website analysis);
Buyer's rights
According to the conditions set out in the Law, the buyer has the right to:
Access their personal data;
Correct personal data;
Erase personal data;
Object to processing;
Data portability;
Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically to the email address: darina.doubkova@littleoaksvibes.com;
File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their right to personal data protection has been violated.
Security of personal data
The Controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the buyer's personal data;
The Controller has taken technical measures to secure the data storage of personal data, in particular securing access to the computer with a password, using antivirus software, and regularly maintaining computers.
Final provisions
By submitting an electronic order on the website www.littleoaksvibes.com, the buyer confirms that they have been acquainted with the conditions of personal data protection and that they accept them in full;
The buyer agrees to these rules by checking the box in the order;
The Controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. The new version of the Rules must be published on their website.
These Rules come into force on July 15, 2022.
